Westby Edge Brewing Co

Westby Edge Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery in Cheyenne, owned, operated, built and brewed by the Westby family. Darin and Misha Westby bought a building locals called The Warehouse in February 2020 and renovated all of it. The work included reinforcing the original structure, and they spent three and a half years of nights and weekends on it with help from friends and family. Their youngest daughter, Brennan, who has a biology degree, is the brewmaster. The family’s love of good beer and music shaped the indoor-outdoor venue, which they built as a place to gather, watch a game and share drinks with friends. The restaurant and patio are family-friendly, and the patio is also pet-friendly. The slogan, Where Everyone Knows Your Last Name, reflects the family’s wish for each customer to feel like a friend and nods to the family name on the business.
