Wind River Brewing Co – WY

Wind River Brewing Company is a locally owned Pinedale brewery and restaurant, a stop for travelers heading to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole. All of its beer is brewed in house with spring water from nearby Fremont Lake. Classic styles include a blonde ale, the Wyoming Pale Ale, a porter and a pilsner, along with rotating seasonals such as the Moose Juice Dunkel, an Oktoberfest lager and the Roaring Pika Amber Lager. The Ghost Town IPA uses Azacca, Amarillo and Mosaic hops, and the porter has won awards. An in-house canning line packages several beers, which reach liquor stores and restaurants in Wyoming, Idaho and Utah. The brewery works with the WYldlife Fund on its Pronghorn Pilsner, and part of each sale supports wildlife conservation in Wyoming. The chef-driven menu ranges from salads and sandwiches to burgers, street tacos and the Brew Master Burger with beer-battered onion rings.
