One Eyed Buffalo Brewing Company

One Eyed Buffalo Brewing Co., known as OEB, has served Thermopolis and nearby communities since 2015. It began in the building that once housed the Taphouse and later moved across the street, and it credits local support for its growth. All of its beer is brewed in Thermopolis exclusively for OEB. The lineup covers ales, IPAs, amber and rye beers and seasonal releases. The restaurant pairs the beer with a full kitchen that was once featured on a national restaurant television show. The menu ranges from beef and bison to seafood and several house-made mac dishes, and the kitchen also runs specials. OEB books private parties and runs a loyalty program for regular guests.
